ESAFF Uganda implemented Pillar II of the Ecological Organic Agriculture Initiative Phase II funded by Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) and supported by Biovision Africa Trust (BvAT). Under this Pillar, ESAFF Uganda developed information needed by value chain actors in form of publications, infographics, podcasts, documentaries, training manuals on Ecological Organic Agriculture, built capacity of small scale farmers on use of Ecological practices of coffee, pineapples and tomatoes. ESAFF Uganda further established demonstration gardens on organic pineapples and coffee which would aid farmer to farmer learning.

This platform aims to increase documentation and knowledge on Organic agricultural products along the complete value chain and support relevant actors to translate into practices and wide application.
